Once again, I found myself in need of a moving company as I was relocating to a new city. 

But which company do I call?
 
I remembered a nice guy by the name of Raz who I had hired about 8 years ago - he came around with a couple of guys and a truck and did an excellent job. They were well mannered and they were reasonably priced.

I remembered the name 'No Problem Movers' so I googled it and was shocked to find a very slick, professional website pop up, featuring two locations, storage facilities and long distance transport.

Could that possibly be the same company?

I didn't think so, but I phoned anyway to ask for rates and asked the nice guy on the phone if by any chance, someone by the name of Raz worked there. I couldn't believe it - he responded with 'yes, that's my boss'.
 
I was so impressed that he had created such an enterprise in such a short time.

Nice work Raz!!

It's amazing what a little hard work can do.

As I said on the phone, I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with my experience with No Problem Movers.  After spending much time getting quotes from other companies, I was fortunate enough to call Pedro with No Problem Movers.  Within seconds I knew that I would choose your company.  His honest and laid-back yet professional approach was impressive and I felt immediate comfort and trust in your company.
 
On my moving day, the two movers Eugene and Ryan were on-time, extraordinarily courteous and professional.  They accomplished the work expediently and were very pleasant to be around.  I appreciated the care that they took in moving my furniture and boxes and in ensuring that the carpets in the house were not dirtied due to the inclement weather outside.

I wish to provide you with some feedback on No Problem Movers. 

I have noticed your highly visible advertisement on the web site http://www.homefocus.com/ontario/ottawa/movers/ . The "No Problem" aspect of the advertisement was most intriguing and led me to call. The young lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and she immediately transferred me to Pedro. No waiting, no voice mail... just a
prompt response from a customer service representative. I found Pedro to be very knowledgeable on moving Estate property, and he gave me all the information I needed. Also, he was very courteous and did not present high pressure tactics for the moving services.  All in all, I was very pleased with my initial experience in contacting No Problem Movers.

It is indeed delightful to be exposed to this caliber of staff in a customer service oriented industry.

No Problem Movers

 
I just want to thank you for making my move to Toronto such a beautiful experience.  Buying a condo for
the first time, in an entirely new city (Toronto) was already a stressful process.  I was relocating from
Montreal to Toronto and No Problem Movers made the process very easy. The movers were on time for both
the delivery and the pickup of my furniture (they even arrived a bit early) which worked perfectly for me.
They were very polite and took care of using extra packing material just to make sure that my furniture
was well taken care of.
 
The account manager Abbas and Pedro were also very helpful and friendly in the whole moving process.
